Neil Harbisson

Abstract

Neil is a cyborg artist and an activist transspecies. In his TED talk I learned aspects of new generative art but I also gained new artistic visions based on his experience. He similarly is exploring new boundaries of art but also our perception of reality. Although very art related, I also got inspired to think about the boundaries of humans and what would extend our senses. He was also an inspiration in my project Waves Through Waves as the visualization of sound became interesting to me.
